01Not a safety, medical or legal service
I'm Drunk is a self-control tool that locks chosen apps for a time you set. It doesn't measure intoxication, give medical advice, monitor your wellbeing or contact anyone on your behalf. Nothing in the app or on this site is professional advice. If you're worried about your drinking, talk to a doctor or contact the SAMHSA National Helpline at 1-800-662-4357 (free, confidential, 24/7, in the US).
02No guarantee it will stop anything
Locks depend on iOS and Android features we don't control. A lock might not start, might end early, or might miss an app. On iPhone, the Phone app can't be blocked at all. Messages can still reach people through apps you didn't choose to block, through another device, or through someone else's phone. You remain responsible for everything you send, post or do.
03Your buddy
Buddies are people you choose. We don't screen them, and we aren't responsible for their decisions, including whether they unlock your phone early.
04Emergencies
I'm Drunk never blocks emergency calls. If you or someone else is in danger, call 911 or your local emergency number right away. Don't rely on I'm Drunk, your buddy or anyone you've listed to get you help.
05Third-party apps and services
I'm Drunk can open ride apps such as Uber and Lyft and your phone's Messages and Phone apps. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms. We don't control them and aren't responsible for them. Names of other apps and companies on this site belong to their owners and are used only to describe what I'm Drunk works with; they don't mean those companies endorse I'm Drunk.
06The examples on this site
The people, messages and stats shown on this site (like Alex, Jordan and Riley, and "3 texts stopped") are made-up examples to show how the app works. They aren't real users or real results.
07Limits
To the fullest extent the law allows, NextPhase Labs LLC isn't liable for any loss or harm from using or relying on I'm Drunk. The full terms are in our Terms and Conditions.
