The Email support button starts a message with these filled in for you. We try to answer within two business days.
01Locked out right now?
A lock can only end early through your buddy. Call your buddy from the lock screen and ask them to read you a code. If they have I'm Drunk and linked it, they can tap Unlock in their app instead; your phone unlocks once you open I'm Drunk. We can't unlock your phone for you; that's the point.
How does my buddy unlock me from their phone?
The text with their codes has a link. If your buddy has I'm Drunk, they tap it (or type the code in the app under I'm a buddy) to link up. During your lock their app shows an Unlock button. The codes keep working too. You can also send just the link from Settings, under Buddy.
Emergency calls always work during a lock. If you're in danger, call 911.

My buddy lost their codes.
Once the lock ends, open Settings in the app and send your buddy a new set. That replaces the old codes.
Why can I still make calls on my iPhone?
Apple doesn't let any app block the Phone app. Messages, FaceTime and the other apps you pick are blocked; calls stay open, with a reminder to call your buddy instead.
Can I turn a lock off myself?
No. It ends at the time you set, or sooner through your buddy.
How do I delete my data?
Your lock, buddy and contacts are only on your phone, so deleting the app deletes them (a linked buddy's app only keeps your first name and lock times on our side; email us to delete those). To delete your account, open Settings in the app and tap Delete account, or use the Delete your account page. The same page can take you off the beta waitlist. See the Privacy Policy for details.
How do I cancel Premium?
On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play, tap your profile, then Payments & subscriptions. Premium stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
I got a new phone. How do I get Premium back?
Open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchases, or sign in with the email you used before.
